거스름돈 출력 change output

이름 풀이: 거스름돈(change)을 돌려주는 출력(output)

트랜잭션이 쓴 UTXO 의 금액 가운데 보내고 남은 몫을 보낸 사람에게 돌려주는 출력. UTXO 는 통째로만 쓸 수 있어서, 남는 몫을 출력으로 돌려받지 않으면 모두 수수료로 채굴자에게 간다.
